一、概述:

I. Overview:
The ceramic tile comprehensive tester is an instrument used to measure the size and shape characteristics of various wall tiles and floor tiles. 三、原理及结构:
本仪器由支承平板、可移动的左支座和右支座组成一个直角坐标系。在平板上有三个等高支承销与陶瓷面砖类似外形和具有理想尺寸的标准板进行探测,并将仪表值调整至适当位置,并记下该示值。然后,以被测陶瓷面砖取代标准板,在不移动测量点的情况下,分别测出六项指标参数。左、右支座及中心测量支座可在平板上作平行移动,组成不同位置的空间座标,以适应不同规格尺寸陶瓷面砖的测定。
3. Principle and structure:
This instrument is composed of a support plate, a movable left support and a right support to form a rectangular coordinate system. There are three equal height support pins on the flat plate, which are similar in appearance to the ceramic tile and standard plate with ideal size to detect, adjust the meter value to the appropriate position, and record the indicated value. Then, replace the standard board with the measured ceramic tile, and measure six index parameters without moving the measuring point. The left and right support and the center measurement support can be moved in parallel on the plate to form the spatial coordinates of different positions to suit the determination of ceramic tiles of different specifications and sizes
