一、2XZ型旋片式真空泵产品特点:
1、由于彻底的低噪音设计和精密的加工,从而达到了低噪音化;

二、双级旋片式真空泵产品应用:

旋片式真空泵通过敲击气缸启动泵时发出不规则的噪音,就像金属敲击金属一样,这是转盘撞击泵体的声音,这种情况主要是由整流罩线圈之间的弹簧断裂或收缩或放电故障引起的,解决方法是打开泵,检查螺旋弹簧是否损坏,排气阀时产生的噪音主要是由损坏的泵排气阀引起的,解决办法是更换排气阀。
还有一种噪音是真空度低产生的,如果测得的旋转真空泵真空度低于出厂指标或之前使用的真空度,这个原因有很多,这里介绍一些主要情况:
1、这次加的旋片式真空泵油品牌和原来不一样,根据真空泵的不同,油品的饱和蒸气压也不同,结果也不同,需要根据产品的型号和规格更换正确的新真空泵油。
2、在真空泵油引起的真空度低的情况下,真空泵油的乳化有时会变色或太脏,这就需要清洗泵内所有真空泵油,更换同型号真空泵油,避免吸入气体中的水蒸气和杂质进入泵内。
3、提取的气体温度可能过高,可以降低抽出气体的温度,也可以增加相应的换热器。
4、泵内堵塞或不畅,泵腔内未保持一定流量,需要保证油路畅通。
5、工作间隔增加,是因为泵内气体含有灰尘等,磨损后旋转板和定子之间的间隙会变大,这时候就需要检查间隙是否过大,然后更换新零件了。
六、2XZ型旋片式真空泵维护和保养

portant; margin-bottom: 0px !important; width: auto !important; height: auto !important;">3.存放下当水份或其它挥发性物质进入泵内而影响极限真空时,可开气镇阀净化之,观察极限真空回升情况,数小时无效,应更换泵油,必要时可再次更换。换油方法:泵运转约半小时,使油变稀,停泵从放油孔放油,再敞开进气口运转10~20秒钟,此间可从吸气口缓缓加入少量清洁泵油,以更换泵腔内存油。如出来的油很脏,后者可重复进行。
portant; margin-bottom: 0px !important; width: auto !important; height: auto !important;">4.2XZ型旋片式真空泵不可混入柴油、汽油等其它饱和蒸汽压较大的油类,以免降低极限真空。拆洗泵内零件时,一般用纱布擦拭即可以。妻金属碎屑、砂泥或其它有害物质必须清洗时,可用汽油等擦洗,干燥后方可装配,切忌用汽油浸泡。
