描述
不带护套的热电阻温度计尤其适用于以下场合：金属探杆直接插入孔中（比如机器的部件），或直接插入应用过程中，但该过程没有化学腐蚀性介质或磨损介质。
如果带有护套，应当提供带弹性的卡套接头，因为弹簧可以将探杆底端可靠地压入护套底部。否则，一个潜在的临界力可能被施加在测量端上。通常直接安装在过程当中。也可以使用诸如带螺纹的接头或连接螺母等紧固件。
探头柔性部分是一种矿物绝缘电缆。该电缆包含一种不锈钢外壳。内部导体被压紧在绝缘的，高密度的陶瓷材料中。测量电阻与内部导体在铠装电缆测量端部连接。因此，适合在高温下使用。
由于铠装热电阻温度计可弯曲并且直径可以做得很小，所以可以用于不太容易接近的场所。除了感温端和连接电缆的管密封处，铠装电缆可以弯折到的半径是导线直径的三倍。
请注意：
当被测介质流速非常高的时候，必须考虑铠装热电阻探杆的柔性。客户可在TR10-H的顶部接线盒内选配威卡（WIKA）模拟或数字变送器。
