仪器整体机械结构采用全金属铝合金材质，坚固耐用；部件模块化设计，方便用户的分拆与拼装，满足用户不同精度需求。
螺纹式可调四角平台。方便用户放在任意不平整平台，都可任意调整，保证液滴平台的水平。
独特的相机固定支架，较宽的前后伸缩距离；人性化的聚四氟环形相机外壳，防止前后移动刮伤相机；六角螺钉的紧固结构，方便用户紧固相机，防止拍照的抖动。
人性化的滚珠丝杆以及导轨技术，保证液滴平台前后移动以及左右移动的快速性，又兼顾移动精度，手动移动精度误差0.01mm；宽广的移动空间，前后可调节移动范围高达80mm，方便用户移动相机和样品台到一个*位置。
可调水平式样品载物台，方便用户调整样品台至水平状态。
液滴手动微分头和微量进样器滴定方式，精度为0.1uL；刻度清晰，使用方便；配置针头锁定结构；可选不锈钢、聚四氟乙烯等多种材质针管，满足用户材料不同需求。
宽广的液滴进样器上下移动距离，上下可调整范围高达60mm。
背光源采用LED冷光源技术，亮度连续可调，液滴轮廓清晰可见；无发热，避免长时间检测，液滴受热蒸发。
相机采用高性能工业数字摄像机，具有高分辨率、高精度、高清晰度、色彩还原好、低噪声等优点，采用USB2.0标准接口，直接连接使用，无拔插，使用非常方便；镜头采用高分辨率工业连续放大镜头，光学放大倍率为0.7-4.5X；相机zui高分辨率1280*1024,25帧/秒的传输速度，用户可选300万，500万更高分辨率的相机，100帧-300帧/秒的超高速传输相机。
具有软件著作权的接触角分析系统,强大的自动分析功能，可测试静态接触角，动态接触角，前进角，后退角;自动寻找气固液三相结合点;自动寻找固体、液体分界面;提供量高法、单圆拟合法、双圆拟合法、真实液滴轮廓法等方法自动计算左右两边接触角；提供Owens二液计算法计算表面自由能；强大的数据库数据管理方式，方便用户分门别类的保存数据，并可任意导出图片和数据。
接触角数据取得方式：全自动测值和人工修改相结合。一键式“测试”按钮，软件连续自动拍照-寻找三相敏感点-计算左右接触角值-显示计算结果，整个过程无须人工干预，zui大限度降低人为因素影响。
