portant; position: unset !important;">1、钻孔直径D由选定钢筋直径d及钢筋表面状态等决定。

portant; position: unset !important;">甲组份：乳黄色粘稠膏状体，乙组份：灰黑色粘稠膏状体，混合后密度1700千克/m?参考用量：5~6千克/㎡

portant; position: unset !important;">1、  根据工程设计要求,在基材上相应位置钻孔，孔径、孔深及钢筋直径应根据施工设计要求或现场实验确定。

portant; position: unset !important;">2、  钻孔孔壁应用硬毛刷刷净，并吹出灰尘。

portant; position: unset !important;">3、  钢筋应去除油污、锈蚀，并用丙酮擦拭干净。

portant; position: unset !important;">4、  配胶前，先将甲、乙两组份胶分别在各自桶内搅拌2-3min。然后按甲组分：乙组分=3：1的比例搅拌均匀，每次搅

portant; position: unset !important;">拌的胶水不宜过多，一般不超过5kg。（注：搅拌时甲、乙两组份胶不能同时使用同一个搅拌棒）

portant; position: unset !important;">6、  植筋时应旋转插入，直至孔底，保证锚杆垂直于基材。

portant; position: unset !important;">8、  重要部位的植筋要进行现场拉拔实验合格后方可进行下道工序。

portant; position: unset !important;">9、  在常温下(25℃左右)，甲、乙两组份胶混合后，可操作时间是30-45min。

portant; position: unset !important;">1、  本品为铁桶包装。

portant; position: unset !important;">2、  本品应密封储存在环境温度0℃-40℃干燥、清洁库房内，不得损坏包装。

portant; position: unset !important;">3、  该胶在常温下储存一年，各性能均无明显变化，如超出一年，经检测合格，仍可使用。
