说明：焊丝主要成分是超低C-18Cr-8Ni的不锈钢MIG焊接材料，可全位置焊接。因含C量低，故耐晶间腐蚀性能。其熔敷金属中含有适量的铁素体，裂纹敏感性较低。该焊丝送丝顺畅、电弧稳定、飞溅少；铁水流动性好，焊缝成形美观。

用途：用于铁路机车、货车车体等耐大气腐蚀材料的焊接，如：022Cr19Ni10（SUS 304L）不锈钢、运载货车用TCS材料等。

1.保护气体：采用纯Ar；流量：电流在100200A时914L/min，电流在200300A时1418L/min。

2.钨极伸出长度：35mm；电弧长度：13mm。
3.风速限制在1.0m/s；建议在焊接区背面通氩气保护。
4.在焊接中，焊接线能量的大小直接影响焊缝金属的力学性能及抗裂性能等，应予以更多关注。
5.将焊接部位的锈层、湿气、油污、灰尘等确实除净。
以上建议仅供参考，在具体操作中以现场情况为准。必要时先进行工艺评定再确定焊接方案。
