ZF-20D型暗箱式紫外分析仪是参照了国外紫外线仪器的小型暗箱式紫外分析仪。它采用全封闭设计，样品室采用开启式，并有透明玻璃的观察窗。使用该仪器时，可预防紫外线对使用人员的伤害。本仪器采用2支8W254nm和2支8W 365nm的紫外灯管，紫外滤光片的面积为150mm×70mm，使用时可单独使用短波波长或长波波长，或者同时使用两个波长，全封闭设计，可随开随用，电耗功率小。
ZF-20D型暗箱式紫外分析仪使用220V电源，工作电源140±MA，灯管的使用寿命在1000小时左右，紫外滤光片的紫外光透过率不小于20%。
